to what degree the information requires preservation and retrieval.
Once the documents are converted to electronic form, how they will be used
is determined by the type of storage needs and access required by the
client.
Compatibility with the client’s existing systems is considered to ultimately
determine the most effective document management solutions.
Based on the appropriate solution agreed upon by the client, JoHo
Technologies, Inc. either performs imaging and storage services for the
client, or configures a customized system for an in-house digital imaging solution.
Customized document management solutions include the appropriate hardware
and software as well as installation, training and support services provided
by JoHo Technologies, Inc. and its strategic partners.
